In addition, selected staff have working at heights, EWP (boom & scissor) and High access (rope) tickets. We are also familiar with the different construction management platforms and happy to work in with how you operate. We understand the ins and outs of the end of the project and happy to work in with the at times changing schedules and associated trades like painters, caulkers etc. We have recently started offering caulking also, a logical add on as we are always working around or prepping areas for caulking.

• Builders Cleaning works out of EWP’s and or Ropes.

In addition to our builders cleaning & caulking works, we also run our sister business, Melbourne Window Cleaning Co where we have dedicated window cleaners who handle all the cleaning of glazing (including frames, tracks etc) on building sites to ensure windows and glazing are cleaned to the highest standard.

Our builders cleaning & caulking charges are reasonable, regardless of whether the project is a small residential, large commercial or high end project.
